Provide full operational and management support and use knowledge of ethnic and fusion Indian food concepts in establishing strategic plans to expand the restaurant and catering operations. Initiate short and long term plans for the management of Catering Operations, Kitchen, and the Restaurant. Collaborate with the managers to plan and manage the Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing and Food and Beverage Operations to achieve customer (guest, employees, and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Analyze all financial reports for operations, as well as review all financial measurements with owner to ensure achievement of financial goals. Develop and maintain operating for the restaurant's departments: Catering, Staff, Food and Beverages. Take corrective action as necessary to ensure the budget's sales and cost goals are attained. Design standard operating and training procedures for generating revenue, controlling expenditures and for maintaining consistent food quality and service. Develop menu upgrades and improvements using experience in different regional Indian cuisines and approve menus proposed by Executive Chef. Manage the maintenance/ sanitations of the food and beverage areas and equipment to comply with regulations and ensure quality service. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new marketing, sales and Indian culinary concepts for upscale outside catering such as weddings, social and corporate dinners. Develop and maintain partnerships with different hotels and other banquet facilities to promote Bollywood Grill as their preferred Indian caterer. Manage a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services and utilize experience in developing promotions to increase revenues and profitability for the Food and Beverage outlets. Requires: Masters or equivalent in Business Administration/Hospitality along with two years experience in food and beverage management in hotel/restaurants.
